If a situation arises where you dispute a debit to your account, please contact our finance office or ring (03) 9712 2777 as soon as possible. The matter will be investigated immediately and, if there is an error relating to the debit, it will be corrected.
WBTA will endeavour to allocate donations as per the instructions of the donor. If the donation is unable to be used for the designated purpose, WBTA will reallocate it to a similar purpose.
